50th Anniversary of the Council

Hemblington Parish Council hopes to put on a small exhibition in July 2019 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Council. If anyone has any artefacts, documents, photographs, memories of the history of the village, which they would be willing to share, would they please get in touch with Steven Ford, Parish Clerk by emailing hemblingtonpc@gmail.com.

Temporary Road Closure on Hemblington Hall Road and Cuttons Corner in the Parish of Hemblington

NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Order affecting the 1) U59289 Hemblington Hall Road for a distance of 30 metres either side of its junction with U59320 Cuttons Corner; 2) U59320 Cuttons Corner from its junction with U59289 Hemblington Hall Road for a distance of 30 metres south eastwards; in the PARISH OF HEMBLINGTON because of sewer connection works.
The roads 1) and 2) will be temporarily closed (except for access) from 3rd December 2018 to 7th December 2018 for the duration of the works, expected to be 5 days within the period.
Alternative routes are via:
1) Hemblington Hall Road, Ranworth Road, Bullacebush Lane, High Noon Lane, Hemblington Hall Road.
2) Cuttons Corner, Ranworth Road, Hemblington Hall Road.

Next Parish Meeting

The next meeting of the Parish will be held at Heathlands on Monday 26th November at 7.30 pm. Parishioners are invited to attend meetings and speak on any parish matter.

Audited Accounts Available for Inspection

The council’s audited accounts for the year ending 31st March 2018 are available for inspection. Any person interested has the right to inspect and make copies of the accounts and their supporting documents.
